A typical application of High-Pressure Solenoid Valve
The following are some common applications of proportional High-Pressure Solenoid Valve.
Burner/flame control: Two gases must be controlled in the burner control system; both are in the required ratio. The ratio of combustion gas to oxidant gas (such as air or oxygen) is determined by the flame required for the corresponding process.
Level control with pressurization (flow pressure control): Atmospheric pressure control is a possible type of level control. Through two High-Pressure Solenoid Valves, the PID controller provides enough air or nitrogen so that there is always the same pressure on the fluid. When the fluid pressure drops by removing a part of the fluid, the pressure will change.
Hot and cold water mixing: Pt100 temperature sensor measures the temperature of the mixed water. The temperature controller controls the two High-Pressure Solenoid Valves accordingly to make the temperature reach a given reference value.
Temperature control: High Pressure Solenoid Valve can set the cold water supply of the heat exchanger according to the measured process water temperature. If this is higher than the reference value, more cold water is required. If it is lower than the reference value, less cooling is required. The heating circuit works in a similar way.
Flow control: High-Pressure Solenoid Valve can be directly used as a control valve, such as direct flow control.
Actuator control (static pressure control): Two High-Pressure Solenoid Valves can control air driven by pneumatics (piston valves, cylinders, etc.). The PID controller determines which of the two valves must be opened. The control electronics set the driver through the solenoid control valve so that the process value is consistent with the given set point.
Ejector/pressure control: High-Pressure Solenoid Valve can control the flow rate of the propellant gas. More propellant gas will create greater suction and a deeper vacuum in the suction line. The controller sets the valve according to the vacuum pressure.
