Bolts have ordinary bolts and reamed bolts according to the force mode of the connection. The bolts used for reaming must match the size of the hole and be used when subjected to lateral forces. According to the shape of the head, there are the hexagonal head, round head, square head, countersunk head, and so on. The countersunk head is generally used where the surface after the connection is required to be smooth and without protrusions because the countersunk head can be screwed into that part. The round head can also be screwed into the part. The tightening force of the square head can be larger, but the size is larger. Hexagon heads are the most commonly used.
Hexagon head bolts are divided into two types: external hex bolts and internal hex screws.
Hexagon bolts refer to fasteners composed of heads and screws. Bolts are divided into iron bolts and stainless steel bolts according to their materials, namely, hexagonal head bolts-C grade and hexagonal head bolts-C grade.
Hex Flange Screw is a fastener composed of hexagon head, flange, and screw. Nuts are required to fasten the two parts with through holes.
This connection method is called bolt connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection is a detachable connection.
